Is there anything I need to do before my treatment?

Come without nail polish on
Trim and file the nail down prior to treatment (if the nail is too thick, the laser will not penetrate thoroughly for proper treatment)
Clean everything that comes into contact with your nails (bed sheets, socks, shoes, shower floor)
Bring fresh socks to your laser appointment

For wart removal:

Ensure there isn’t callused skin formed over the wart

Is there any downtime or any restrictions post treatment?

After nail fungus removal there is no downtime. The main restriction is to refrain from wearing nail polish for the duration of your treatments.

After wart removal, the treatment area may be tender so depending on the location of the wart you may wish to avoid a lot of walking or exercise post treatment.
